Parts of America are starting to look like war zones as protests over the death of George Floyd continue.
Demonstrations that began peacefully during the day turned violent and deadly as nighttime fell.
At least three people were shot and one person was killed during protests in downtown Indianapolis.
In Philadelphia police say protests began peacefully until a group began breaking laws.
And in Washington, DC protesters set fires near the White House and a few Secret Service vehicles were vandalized.
Dozens of businesses and police departments across the country have been vandalized or gone up in flames.
Police have responded with rubber bullets or teargas.
But this disturbing video shows a New York City police vehicle driving into a barrier that had protesters behind it, knocking people over.
A law enforcement official says the officer hit the gas after allegedly noticing a flaming bag on top of the vehicle.
It wasn’t immediately clear if there were any injuries.
And even though several cities have established curfews to deter violent protests, it doesn’t appear to be working.
