There have been a number of racist and anti-Semitic incidents reported on college campuses across the country this week.
They involve offensive social media posts and racist graffiti.
At Syracuse University in New York, four students have been suspended after a verbal assault directed at an African-American student.
School officials also detailed twelve instances of racist and anti-Semitic graffiti on or next to the campus.
The incidents have prompted increased security on campus and sparked demonstrations.
Swastikas have also been recently discovered on the campus of the University of Georgia and Iowa State University.
And at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, five football players have been suspended and are being investigated over series of racist social media posts.
One post on Snapchat appears to show members of the KKK burning a cross that included a message referring to the school’s black male empowerment group.
