Former N’Sync member Lance Bass is saying “bye-bye bye” to the Brady Bunch house.
On Saturday, he posted on social media he had the winning bid on 11222 Dilling Street in North Hollywood, California.
It’s the iconic house used for the exterior shots of the beloved 1970’s series “The Brady Bunch.”
Bass says he bid way over the asking price of nearly $1.9 million.
Then on Sunday, Bass wrote how the house slipped through his hands in a post titled “Here’s a story of a shady Brady.”
He said a day after telling him he made the winning bid, the agent said another corporate buyer, a Hollywood studio, wants to buy the house at any cost.
Bass says he was prepared to offer a higher bid but the agent told him he couldn’t outbid the other buyer.
Bass believes he was used as a pawn to drive up the price and -quote- “it’s not a good feeling.”
The realtor told Entertainment Weekly everyone involved requested confidentiality and executed a non-disclosure agreement, so he could not reveal the identity of the buyer.
