The November presidential election is just four months away.
And you know what that means?
It means get ready for an onslaught of political as on television, in newspapers and on social media.
In fact the campaign ads between President Trump and Joe Biden have already started heating up.
The “Campaign Media Analysis Group” says of the more than 22,000 spots run by Trump since July 1, nearly all were negative, attacking Biden as soft on crime and unable to revive the struggling economy.
In contrast “Campaign Media Analysis Group” says Biden has aired no negative ads but he frequently contrasts his record with Trump’s.
The latest Biden commercial is a warm salute to families, caring and commitment and suggests that Trump’s negative ads are the kind of talk that hurts everyone, as the nation grapples with the pandemic, racial strife and economic hardship.
Most of Trump’s ads are airing in a broad range of states including some red ones where he clearly is trying to bolster his base.
Biden’s ads are airing in fewer places but many are playing in some critical swing states that Trump won in 2016.
