Feeling a little sick but unsure whether you should go to the doctor?
Well there’s an app for that.
Apple has teamed up with the CDC to push out a new app and website that allows you to do a health screening.
The company says it is a screening tool to help users decide what to do next about COVID-19.
The website and APP ask a series of questions.
The question include getting information on your symptoms, whether you’ve traveled recently and questions on your potential exposure to COVID-19.
Then a recommendation is made on what to do next.
Information about the virus and who should be tested is also provided.
The company says you do not have to have an Apple account to use the new tool.
Apple says it will not collect or store user’s data, though it will collect anonymous information about the usage of the screening tools.
Google has also launched a nationwide educational website with information on COVID-19 as well.
It has safety and prevention tips with links to the CDC website and provides data on areas affected by the novel coronavirus.
