Georgia has 1st interpreter team embedded in state operations center

You may have noticed several governors across the country are using sign language interpreters for their daily coronavirus updates.
And that’s great news.
But here in Georgia, Governor Brian Kemp has taken the role of his personal interpreter team a step further.
In addition to interpreting his press conferences at the capitol, they are now the first interpreting team in the country to be embedded in the state’s emergency management operation center alongside other critical personnel.
