The Los Angeles Lakers are postponing their Tuesday night game with the LA Clippers to deal with the grief brought on by Kobe Bryant’s tragic death.
Fans are still mourning the NBA great and many are gathering outside the Staples Center, the Lakers’ home.
The team’s cross-city matchup against the Clippers, which was originally set for Tuesday has been pushed back.
The NBA says the decision was made out of respect for the Lakers where Brian played for 20 years before his retirement.
The team also issued its first statement since Bryant’s death saying this is a very difficult time for them.
The Lakers also thank everyone for their tremendous support and condolences.
