Home NEWS - CRIME Special needs boy and sister missing, may be tied to suspicious death (ASL – 12.23.19)
Transcript
Police in Idaho are looking forward two missing children, 7-year-old Joshua Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan, tied to a suspicious death case in Idaho.
Joshua Vallow has special needs and is adopted.
Investigators say they vanished after their mom, Lori Vallow, married a man just weeks after the death of his previous wife.
Joshua and Tylee have not been seen since September.
Authorities say when officers did a welfare check last month, the mom claimed the children were with a family friend which turned out not to be true.
The next day police returned to the house with a search warrant.
When police arrived the mom and her husband, Chad Daybell, were gone.
Authorities say the death of his previous wife at first appeared to be by natural causes, but now it seems to be something suspicious.
Her body was exhumed earlier this month, meaning taken out of the ground where she was buried, for further investigation.
Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Lori Vallow and Daybell.
