There is so much to love about fall: football, mild weather, the glorious change in the leaves on trees.
But millions of people with fall allergies suffer this time of year.
Health experts say relief is out there and there are steps you can take that can help, including buying a HEPA air filter, using a saline nasal spray, avoiding raking or bagging leaves or using a mask.
But if you have to work outdoors or spend a significant amount of time outdoors, it’s best to do it later in the day.
Health experts say these tips may help with mild symptoms but see a board-certified allergist if symptoms are more severe.
