Recently my Sign1News coanchor Crystal Cousineau found herself facing a big challenge.

The hot sauce challenge.

While she and Sign1News multimedia journalist Martha Anger were taking a break from shooting a feature story, Crystal noticed bottles of hot sauce and chips neatly laid out on a table and the event organizer daring her to accept the challenge.

Well…let’s just say Crystal never backs down from a challenge.
