We have an update on the death of Grant Whitaker.
Whitaker is the twenty-five year old Deaf man from Illinois who police say was killed by another Deaf man, twenty-one-year-old Mavrick Fisher while the two were traveling cross country.
Fisher admitted to killing Grant and led investigators to Whitaker’s remains in a remote area in Lake County, California.
After an autopsy, the medical examiner determined the cause of death has blunt force trauma to the head.
Fisher has been booked at the Lake County jail.
Authorities are still investigating the circumstances surrounding Whitaker’s death.
