The Colorado father charged with killing his pregnant wife and two daughters made his first court appearance Tuesday.
Christopher Watts waived his right to a preliminary hearing and will be back in court November 19.
Watts was formally charged Monday with five counts of murder, unlawful termination of a pregnancy and tampering with a deceased body.
Investigators say he killed his wife Shanann and daughters Bella and Chelsea August 13 and hid their bodies at his workplace.
Court documents show Watts was having an affair with his coworker prior to the murders.
He is being held in the Weld County jail without bail.
