A federal judge says the Deferred Action for Children Arrivals program (DACA) should be fully restored.
That’s the ruling from District Judge John Bates in Washington DC.

DACA is an Obama-era program.
It protects about 800,000 undocumented immigrants who were brought to the US as children from deportation.
