We’re learning more about the final moments of the Ride the Ducks amphibious tour boat that sank Thursday near Branson, Missouri.
31 people were on board and 17 people were killed.
Of the 17 people killed, nine members were of the Coleman family from Indiana. Their ages range from 1 to 76 years old.
Tia Coleman says there were life jackets on board, but the passengers never put them on.
Local authorities and investigators say they didn’t know yet if anyone was wearing a life jacket.
The NTSB, state and local authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
