Brace yourself for the results of this survey about how often people change their underwear.
Underwear company Tommy John asked 2,000 American men and women about their underwear changing habits.
45 percent responded that they wear the same pair of underwear for two or more days and 13 percent admitted they have worn the same pair of underwear for a week or more.
The survey showed men are twice as likely to wear the same underwear than women.
The study also revealed underwear buying habits, with 46 percent saying they’d owned the same set of underwear for a year or more and 38 percent confessed they had no idea how long ago they bought their undies.
Tommy John recommends changing underwear every six months to a year to prevent yeast infections and urinary tract infections.
