Emergency officials update Houston residents on Intercontinental Terminals Chemical (#ITC) storage facility fire and the plume of black smoke drifting across the city. Officials say the fire could burn for two more days. Schools in Deer Park and La Porte are closed as testing continues.No injuries have been reported.
