The music world is mourning the death of rapper Mac Miller.
Authorities say he was found dead of an apparent overdose at his home in Studio City, California Friday.
He was 26 years old.
Miller, whose real name is Malcolm James McCormick, struggled with substance abuse over the years.
Last month he was charged with DUI after a car accident.
His two-year relationship with singular Ariana Grande ended in May.
She made it clear publicly the addiction was part of the reason for the split.
Miller released his most recent album about a month ago and was scheduled to start a US tour in late October.
