I'm not sure exactly what I've signed up for and what I get for paying monthly. The videos are exactky the same as on YouTube with no extras and the additional categories aside from "news" contain old posts. They do not respond to emails for customer support as I have send multiple, asking why closed captioning was not available on the app, but is available when watching on the free, YouTube format. Note: this has since been fixed. I will be cancelling this subscription as it seems wasteful

Daily Live broadcasts feature doesn't work. I click play, but nothing shows up. Any instructions to do moving forward?

Thanks Nate! Our LIVE broadcasts daily for just under 20 mins. It's off air most of the day (we're planning for longer shows). We notify our viewers daily when LIVE is on. They love it! HOW TO GET UPDATES 1. Open the app 2. Click the "more" button 3. Click "settings" 4. Click "allow notifications" 5. Close and reopen the app to set the changes.
