As of Saturday night 272 election workers have died from illnesses related to being overworked following the April 17 vote in Indonesia.
Another 1,878 are sick.
According to CNN Indonesia, the election chief admits the tight timeline to deliver results and holding presidential and legislative elections simultaneously were partly to blame.
Indonesian election officials say with around 192.8 million people eligible to vote, the election was one of the most complicated single day ballots ever undertaken.
And all of the votes were counted by hand!
